VEGAN HOME MADE KETCPHUP

Ingredients:
1 can (28 oz) of tomato puree
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground allspice
Instructions:
In a medium-sized saucepan, mix together all of the ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ketchup has thickened to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and let the ketchup cool.
Pour the ketchup into a jar or bottle with a lid and store in the fridge for up to a month
