Ingredients:
For the  Dough:

- 2 cups almond  flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
For the Egg Wash:

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions:

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

- Melt Cheese:Â In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:Â In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Combine Ingredients:Â Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a bit more almond flour until manageable.
- Shape the Dough:Â Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Roll them gently and place them in the prepared loaf pan.
- Prepare Egg Wash:Â In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg wash over the top of the dough balls.
- Bake:Â Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:Â Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Pull apart the pieces to serve!
Tips:
- Serve warm with butter, or use it for sandwiches.
- You can add herbs or spices to the dough for extra flavor!
