Keto Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

 

    • 1 cup shredded  cheese (cheddar,  Parmesan, or a mix)

 

 

 

  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  1. Prepare the Cheese: In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese with any optional seasonings you like.
  2. Form the Chips: Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly to form a round shape.
  3. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  4. Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  5. Enjoy: Serve as a snack or use them as a crunchy topping for salads or soups!

Tips:

 

    • For a more uniform shape, you can use a silicone mold.
  • Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to a week.
