- Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cheese: In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese with any optional seasonings you like.
- Form the Chips: Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly to form a round shape.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
- Enjoy: Serve as a snack or use them as a crunchy topping for salads or soups!
